What shipping carriers do you offer for international shipping?
For orders shipping to the rest of the world, the following shipping options are available:
DHL Express Worldwide, UPS Worldwide Saver, USPS First Class Package International and USPS Priority Mail International.
How do you package and protect our posters for a safe shipping journey?
8" x 8" and 11" x 17" inch posters are shipped in durable white flat rigid mailers that are 0.24" inches thick to protect your posters during shipping. Your posters are first placed in a thin plastic sleeve and sealed. The posters and your accessories are placed in the mailer. We securely tape the top of the mailer so it's not opened during shipping. We place a bright orange "Do Not Bend" sticker on your package so shipping carriers can know not to bend your poster during handling. Finally, all packages come with a tracking number to track the progress of your package during its shipping journey. This ensures that your package is accounted for once it leaves us and arrives to you.
A2 posters are shipped in a hard, non-bendable kraft mailing tube that is 0.24" inches thick to protect your larger posters during shipping and follow the same process as the aforementioned posters. If you purchase stickers alone, they will be shipped in a small holographic bubble mailer. All posters and stickers are carefully packaged with gloves, care and love.
Do you offer returns and refunds?

We try our best to ensure your poster arrives neat, flat and undamaged. But sometimes things happen between it leaving us, and arriving to you and we can not always guarantee a 100% safe journey. If your poster arrives damaged or not as expected after being shipped to you, please reach out to us via email at info@shopphaze.com, and we'll work with you to get this fixed.
